Lead audit response and sustainment support, including preparing documentation and coordinating with independent auditors. Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures and process narratives. Perform detailed analysis of accounting transactions, financial reconciliations, and variances.

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
• Configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence, and other collaboration applications within the Webex DI environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Webex DI deployment, security, and integrations.
