Serve as the COO's right hand and support the entire executive team. You will own projects in recruiting, onboarding, finance, and procurement. Manage recruiting pipeline, handle screenings, and oversee global hiring compliance. Ensure every new hire has an exceptional onboarding. Oversee spend, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reviews. Lead procurement efforts and negotiate discounts with vendors.
