Scheduler/Pre-Registrar

Receive phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. Complete pre-registration of scheduled patients, and ensure a valid provider order is obtained. Maintain scheduling system and a pre-registration accuracy rate within the departmental guideline. Demonstrates the importance of quality and integrity of captured patient information with regards to patient confidentiality.
