The Organizing Program Manager (OPM) for the East Coast region plays a key role in ensuring Swing Left delivers best-in-class support to our volunteer leaders, strengthening grassroots infrastructure for the 2025-2026 cycle and beyond. The position is responsible for managing organizing efforts, building/growing local volunteer groups, and empowering them to take strategic, high-impact action.
