In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support systems tailored to individuals with challenging behaviors. You will also provide direct clinical services, coaching, and consultation to staff. You will partner with individuals and families to foster independence, productivity, and community connection, and collaborate as a member of our interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure best-practice services.
