Facilitate the execution of a Clinician developed care plan by coordinating clinician & client schedules, handling client interactions, managing authorizations, working with pharmacies & labs, and executing tasks on behalf of our clinical team. Optimize a Clinician’s schedule, keep them informed of relevant changes, and facilitate administrative communication with clients.
The Clinical Support Dosimetrist will work closely with the Technical Support team to help solve problems for clinics and assist them in finding solutions. The Clinical Support Representative will work directly with clinics through email and phone while working closely with multiple departments including Clinical Success, Product Management, and Sales.
This remote role involves receiving and responding to prescription refill requests through various communication channels, verifying the accuracy of requests, and dispensing prescription refills efficiently. Responsibilities include demonstrating customer service, compiling data, adhering to schedules, and providing administrative support to clinical staff.
