The RBT Trainer directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by overseeing and leading clinical trainings for team members to uphold our standards of quality. This includes maintaining a direct RBT client caseload, implementing new hire training in Applied Behavior Analysis principles, and providing staff support with Learning Management Systems.
