As a LightForce Integration Specialist, you will drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of the LightForce’s orthodontic system in orthodontic practices. Apply your clinical expertise and demonstrate knowledge of orthodontic office processes to identify opportunities for growth and accelerate revenue and higher case volume. You will build influential relationships with doctors and staff, providing tailored clinical and operational insights and training.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments; develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives; supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans; and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Serve as a subject matter expert for a national cancer registry effort supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Oversee quality audits, provide guidance on national standard setter protocols, and lead training efforts for cancer registry teams operating within VA systems. Manage large teams, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards, and supporting data quality, completeness, and timeliness.
As a Clinical Specialist, you will have a passion for patient care and physician and staff education, proctoring cases to excellence and independently covering CVAC procedures. Training the surgical team on the safe and effective uses of the device, you'll work closely with surgical team members to provide clinical product assistance to the surgeon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health informatics and preferably be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or have extensive clinical experience.
The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Training Manager for their region. This training professional will deliver da Vinci® System technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties. The Customer Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training, engineering and training research initiatives.
