Serve as a critical analytics partner to the business, developing and maintaining advanced forecast models for risk adjustment, IBNR reserving, and medical claims planning. This role will collaborate with finance, clinical, and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.

As a Lead Fraud Analyst, you’ll serve as a key individual contributor responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing our fraud risk strategy. You will own fraud risk analytics, fraud forecasting, metrics governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with Fraud Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive proactive, data-driven fraud detection strategies.

The Third-Party Risk Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders in performing risk assessments, due diligence, contract reviews, ongoing oversight, and quality assurance activities involving the Credit Union’s third-party relationships. This position will also apply thorough knowledge of risk best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements as they relate to third party management.

Assist with the execution of AML/CFT and Sanctions risk assessments, including data analysis, report writing, and methodology maintenance and tuning. Provide support with ongoing governance initiatives, including standing governance forum/meeting materials preparation and support, AML/CFT and Sanctions control inventory maintenance, issues management, KPI/KRI development and tuning, and policy and procedure governance. Assist with the development and implementation of Financial Crimes training throughout the lines of defense.
