The Associate, Operational Strategy manages (Artificial Intelligence) projects by defining the AI roadmap, driving implementations, supporting performance monitoring and providing critical data to the company's internal business partners and leaders to drive strategic and tactical decision-making. Support (Artificial Intelligence) projects that have a high level of complexity, visibility, and impact across the organization. Leads the governance process on behalf of operations.

This position assists the manager by providing leadership and direction to assigned analysts on the ROPS special projects and analytics team and is responsible for leading and/or actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, process re-design, analytical report development, and special projects.

This role involves owning and growing the programs that keep Ro connected to its patients at scale, ensuring patient experiences are visible, measurable, and actionable across the organization. Responsibilities include evolving the way Ro captures, analyzes, and acts on patient feedback, maintaining current feedback infrastructure (e.g. NPS/CSAT), and pushing into new capabilities.

The Business Operations Lead will play a key role in driving seamless operations of ReturnBear as we grow, collaborating with the CEO and working cross-functionally with various teams to carry out ReturnBear’s mission. This role involves financial modeling, assessing operational impacts, managing financial teams, and leading relationships with investors and partners in a primarily remote setting.
