Set a centralized strategic direction for outlet business with a dedicated global team focused on how to grow, maintain, and optimize assortments within outlet business. You will create a strategy for outlet planning teams within clusters, requiring leadership and close collaboration with regions/clusters partners to ensure the business drives the planned financial results. You will report to our VP, Center Demand & Operations.

Improve labor efficiency, reporting, and financial planning across warehouse and street operations. Develop key metrics and tools to enhance real-time visibility of performance and drive targeted analysis that informs operational decisions and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with Finance, Strategy & Planning, and local operations teams to help shape the future of Lime’s labor planning as Lime continues to scale.
