Consult with customers and guide them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow SPM products with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. You will be the process expert in how to best support (EA) Enterprise Architecture by using ServiceNow EA products using ServiceNow best practices. This includes driving EA and CDSM specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
