This person will provide exceptional, data-focused customer service and will report to Compa’s Director of Data Trust. This role requires at least two years in a Compensation role. They will partner with customers to capture and align their compensation data within our global compensation data model and systems. Customers and teammates gain clarity from their interactions and output.

As a Business Management Consultant, you will join the senior management team to strengthen the operational backbone of the Federation of Canadian Secondary Students (FCSS-FESC). Your primary focus will be documenting and streamlining core business functions to ensure the organization’s administrative, financial, and technological systems are sustainable, efficient, and transparent.
