Join the demand planning team at Lume, responsible for forecasting and analyzing the business. This role focuses on Retail forecasting and requires process installation across channels. Collaborate with Commercial, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams to produce accurate demand forecasts and improve forecasting accuracy.

As a skilled Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive Demand Plan for a diverse portfolio of products and customers. Your expertise will ensure seamless alignment of this Demand Plan with both internal partners through the S&OP and Monthly Forecasting calls. By proactively identifying and effectively managing exceptions, you will closely monitor performance.
