The Army, Civil Works Program Lead will lead and contribute to innovative and challenging projects involving the nation’s civil works infrastructure including dams, dikes, levees, coastal storm risk management and ecosystem restoration projects. This role focuses on business development and technical leadership in federal contracting, including the sales, financial and technical evaluation, design, permitting, and project implementation stages.
