Lead site-related design and engineering efforts for residential prefab projects, including grading and drainage design, utility planning, and stormwater compliance, and drive innovation in how homes are built and delivered. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to day-to-day operations while helping drive innovation in how homes are built and delivered.

The Engineer, Development Engineering will work independently within a team to conduct early-stage due diligence, power plant design, optimization & analytics, and manage internal/external stakeholder expectations across multiple renewable projects. This position reports to the Development Engineering Manager and collaborates with teams to ensure project success.
