We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CFO with experience in start-ups and hyper-growth companies to drive financial strategy and scale operations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of fundraising, financial modeling, and investor relations. As a key partner to the CEO, the CFO will lead capital-raising efforts and develop financial strategies to support growth.

Manage and execute the Capital Markets team’s operational work streams, which requires frequent collaboration with numerous internal and external counterparts working on capital transactions including asset-backed securities, whole loan sales, warehouse / debt financing structures and international funding facilities. You will assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.

As a Corporate Development Intern, you’ll work with Mercury’s Head of Corporate Development to support a wide range of initiatives that help Mercury identify, evaluate, and execute on strategic and financial opportunities. This is a cross-functional and strategic role, providing exposure to senior leaders and critical business decisions.

Manage the Company’s financial strategy and operations by developing and executing the company’s overall financial strategy, aligning with business objectives and investor expectations. Manage day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to investors and relevant authorities.

Serve clients across the "Office of the CFO" at private equity portfolio companies, specializing in the Software/SAAS industry by evaluating current practices. Provide expert advice and guidance to private equity-owned portfolio companies, act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert, and lead cross-functional project teams. Actively participate in business development opportunities.

Accelerate Robinhood’s strategic roadmap by identifying, vetting, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and a variety of other potential transactions. Develop a detailed understanding of Robinhood’s strategic objectives and market landscape, working to identify high-potential acquisition opportunities across existing and future market verticals and geographies.

Serve clients across the "Office of the CFO" at private equity portfolio companies specializing in the Software/SAAS industry by evaluating current practices and providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting, finance, and operations functions. Act as a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance to both project teams and clients.
