Lead Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live, helping CFOs and Controllers modernize their finance operations with AI. Design and configure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems. Build the playbook—document best practices, refine delivery processes, and help scale our consulting practice.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building out the operational, technical, and commercial capabilities that underpin our lending platform. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in credit, collections, and structured finance, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to scale capital deployment functions. This role will establish frameworks, policies, and teams that enable capital deployment and management.

Manage a portfolio of strategic financial and payments partnerships. Be the driving force behind building Mercury’s network of financial relationships. Sell the impact and value of being a partner to Mercury, while negotiating the best returns/outcomes for Mercury. Be the internal expert on the payments, card issuance, and B2B ecosystem and build our knowledge base on how this system works.

Partner with the executive team in guiding the company’s financial strategy and operations. Bring deep financial expertise, operational rigor, and strategic insight to support growth, improve financial performance, and prepare the organization for upcoming milestones. Design and implement scalable financial processes.
