We’re seeking a CFO with exceptional business acumen, deep FP&A expertise, and a metrics-driven mindset to serve as a strategic thought partner to our CEO. This role is a compelling opportunity to lead CoLab’s financial strategy and operations during a critical inflection point—scaling from low eight figures to nine figures in Annual Recurring Revenue.

This teammate will be responsible for managing our growing pipeline of increasingly complex transactions. Execute transactions related to the domestic kidney care business including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures, negotiate deal documents, and coordinate internal review across multiple functions. Support operations team with growth strategy development/execution.

You will help identify and execute transformative acquisitions and investments globally that accelerate or increase the likelihood of DoorDash achieving its strategic objectives and participate in all aspects of the deal cycle, including sourcing, evaluation of business model attractiveness, strategic/financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and negotiation, and integration.
