The Borrowing team is growing and they’re looking for Credit Managers and Analysts for their credit risk function, to grow lending to their business banking customers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of providing credit to small and medium size sole traders and limited companies, automated decisioning and Credit Risk Management activities. You will be responsible for developing credit and pricing strategies as new lending products are brought to market.

The Relationship Manager (RM) acts as the strategic point of contact on assigned large Government plans between $50-150M, ensuring exceptional client service and plan sponsor satisfaction. The RM is accountable for strategy, overall service delivery, evaluating, improving and managing client satisfaction, risk / retention efforts, book of business economics, and plan management. The RM must successfully drive plan and participant outcomes as defined by the plan sponsor and Empower.
