This role focuses on the “people” side of training by making workshops informative, engaging and inclusive. You will be designing and leading engaging workshops to mostly virtual remote audiences, but also in person when required, coordinating the logistics of our workshops. You will also be helping to strategically close knowledge gaps in inventive new ways and analysing data across multiple sources to determine how effective our training programmes are.
