Organize and conduct virtual training sessions with hotel contacts, lead hotel trainer sessions to educate hoteliers on their new Property Management System (PMS) and provide comprehensive technical support. Diagnose and swiftly resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency and handle sensitive business information with utmost confidentiality.

Lead Instructors drive elements of Correlation One’s training programs by facilitating Fellows learning and collaborating with operations personnel to achieve exceptional learning outcomes. They deliver content in lectures to groups of 20 to 2,000 Fellows, focusing on improving the Fellow learning experience and demonstrating excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.

Support ~25-30 Learners in Correlation One’s virtual training programs by providing both synchronous and asynchronous support. Ensure their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content. Monitor Slack channels, facilitate breakout rooms, and grade learner submissions. Provide thoughtful feedback to the Correlation One team.
