In this role, lead the implementation and training of Trucordia’s insurance office system suite, ensuring seamless adoption across internal teams and newly acquired offices. You will drive the successful rollout of Agency Management Software (Vertafore’s AMS360 and BenefitPoint), our Broker CRM (Salesforce), and other integrated systems, supporting key learning initiatives to enhance system proficiency and operational efficiency companywide.

Level up Customer Experience teams through impactful training and development. Lead new hire trainings, deliver engaging refreshers, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and close learning gaps. Equip CX team members with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to exceed expectations and provide top-tier service to the community of Roadie customers.
