The Manager, Learning & Research collaborates with others to implement Teaching Lab’s strategy to evaluate and share the impact of our professional learning on teachers and students, taking ownership of departmental and organizational systems and processes. This role supports program evaluation and research initiatives, strengthening Teaching Lab’s research design capacity and learning organization culture.

As a Curricular Solutions Architect, you will be a member of Newsela’s Customer Solutions team, and will articulate bridges that connect Curriculum to Instruction by using Newsela’s engaging, authentic and differentiated content. The role involves building relationships with districts, applying pedagogical expertise, and designing and implementing scalable systems that satisfy market demands. You'll rely on data, research and industry best practices.
