Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the primary objective is to ensure that the schools are fully trained and supported throughout the year, enabling them to use the Clarity software to achieve their strategic priorities and operational goals. The role includes training schools, leading regular check-in calls, serving as a thought partner, and communicating product improvements.
