Solution Consultant (US & Canada)

As a Solution Consultant you will collaborate closely with clients, Account Managers, Operations, and Product Development teams. You will ensure consistently positive customer experiences by providing oversight and management for deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution. You will also troubleshoot customer concerns and serve as a customer advocate within Everbridge.
