Safeguard sensitive data assets by operating and maturing the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. Lead complex security investigations involving data misuse, intellectual property theft, compromise, and policy violations. Conduct detailed technical forensic analysis and maintain professional collaboration with Legal counsel and executive leadership.

• Lead a global team of security analysts responsible for 24/7 monitoring, investigation, and incident response.
• Define and optimize operational workflows, streamline processes, and enforce standards that improve efficiency and reduce analyst burnout.
• Develop training programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

This position requires work hours of 4:45 PM to 1:00 AM EST, where you'll be responsible for cyber threat intelligence, event monitoring, response, and threat hunting. As a member of the Cyber Response team, utilize your technical expertise to assess, contain, and remediate cyber threats, mentor and share knowledge with others, and manage workflows, escalations, and advance technical processes to build program maturity and growth.
