As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the security of OpenAI's internal information systems’ infrastructure and processes. You will work closely with our IT and Security teams to develop security capabilities, enforce security policies, and monitor internal systems for security threats. This role is open to remote employees, or relocation assistance is available to San Francisco.

As a domain consultant, you provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey. You will define technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives and evangelize industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services, so that Palo Alto Networks is a customer's cybersecurity partner.

Support a remote-first, flexible shift schedule and lead a talented team of Support Engineers, Team Leaders, and Managers. Responsible for ensuring customers receive world-class technical support for our complex cybersecurity products. Build and mentor a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and act as a key liaison between our customers and our product and engineering teams.

This role involves being a strategic, growth-focused, and results-driven Solutions Architect, engaging and enabling customers to secure their SaaS applications. You will serve as the primary advocate for customers, guiding them to success and engaging resources across AppOmni to accelerate product adoption. Partnering directly with the customer’s team, you’ll be a trusted advisor on both AppOmni product and SaaS security.

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and technically proficient Manager / Senior Manager of Application Security to lead a growing team of security engineers. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is passionate about scaling secure development practices, and can dive deep into technical challenges while fostering a high-performing and psychologically safe team culture. You must have the ability to assist the team with developing and implementing the solutions the team is responsible for.
