The GoodLeap security team is responsible for both business enablement and safeguarding the organization’s information assets. The product and application senior engineer role provides a unique opportunity to shape the security and resilience of GoodLeap products, services, and applications. In this role, you will work closely with the product, engineering, and business teams within GoodLeap's business units, acting as the key individual ensuring the safety and resilience of the products and services.

Support the rapid and concurrent deployment of Cybersecurity and SaaS-based technology solutions. This role will manage a portfolio of 15–25 structured, fast-moving projects, with a strong focus on template-driven delivery, compliance adherence, and repeatable success. Drive the design, development, and scaling of our EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) SaaS platform. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity, cloud-native platforms, and building high-performing engineering teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Operations teams.

Assist with the design and architecture of security controls and risk reduction activities across all Mozilla product, service and support departments. You will need experience assessing security risks, presenting security topics to technical and nontechnical teams and analyzing software and system design to identify security vulnerabilities, outstanding interpersonal skills to partner with teams across the organization and support them in reducing their risk.
