The ideal candidate will work with a full-service Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) supporting the networking and cybersecurity needs of our global clients. This role involves handling tickets primarily related to Palo Alto firewalls, routing issues, and ISP outages while maintaining a focus on security policies. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring alerts and providing on-call support during weekends.

Cyber Network Engineers ensure network-related services are functioning normally, troubleshoot issues, and implement relevant upgrades. Their core responsibility is to ensure that network security services, software, etc. are running effectively. Gain in-depth knowledge of SGI offered Network Security software suites. Perform in-depth analysis and diagnosis for network products & applications.
