Cyber Network Engineers ensure network-related services are functioning normally, troubleshoot issues, and implement relevant upgrades; their core responsibility is to ensure that network security services, software, etc. are running effectively and perform in-depth analysis and diagnosis for network products & applications.

Coordinate with the Section Manager and Team Lead to support the network availability and integrity with confidentiality and security. Communicate, investigate, triage, monitor, and respond to security incidents, events, alerts, and issues according to standard operating procedures and in collaboration with NS Operations. Contribute to alert thresholds refinements and contribute to continuous improvements to the Security Section for the benefit of customer satisfaction.

This is a remote opportunity. The IT Cybersecurity Engineer participates in data security initiatives and is responsible for troubleshooting data security problems and developing custom scripts to enhance existing cybersecurity, as well as participating in root-cause analysis to determine improvement strategies when failures occur.
