Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools similar to GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or ArgoCD. Write automation scripts in various languages & paradigms, architect modular, reusable Terraform modules leveraging Terragrunt for DRY principles and complexity management. Operate across Linux and Windows-based ecosystems, manage Kubernetes clusters, and collaborate with security and product development teams to embed cloud security best practices.

This role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to manage a distributed fleet of media players and smart speakers across North and Central America. As the first US-based team member, you will provide technical expertise, improve build and deployment processes, investigate network issues, and build tools in Bash and Golang.

We’re looking for a tech lead to develop the platform to support the full lifecycle of protocol feature development. Brainstorm, research and prototype to optimize our tracing and exceptions platforms, improve our operational effectiveness and increase reliability. Find ways to improve the use of traces and exceptions, providing better insights to our engineers.

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you'll play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers mobile games. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure systems are highly available, performant, and secure, supporting millions of players worldwide. Responsibilities include designing scalable infrastructure on AWS, maintaining automation, administering Vault, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

As part of the Platform Engineering department, the SRE team is designing, building, scaling and maturing the multi-cloud platform for hosting internal and external services such as the Elastic Cloud Hosted and Serverless . You will develop and extend new software and tools that support the rest of the infrastructure, so that we can rapidly deploy products from all corners of Elastic.
