A Software Engineer with experience in AI-powered automation is needed to help streamline operations across various teams. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automation workflows that leverage cutting-edge tools and services such as Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack and Zoom automation, AWS services, and more. You’ll bring efficiency and intelligence into day-to-day processes and implement automation that reduces manual effort and enhances productivity.
You will be responsible for meeting customers where they are, building a relationship, and helping them get the most out of Knock. In this role, you’ll be on the front line, working with Knock customers throughout their lifecycle, from their initial trial of the product to implementation to expansion.
Take responsibility for our monorepo and the “path to production” for over 50 engineers pushing over 75 commits a day with continuous deployment to production. This presents an exciting challenge where you can apply your expertise in helping teams ship fast and safe to meaningfully improve the productivity of our engineering team. To fit in with the team and be productive in our codebase, strong computer science and development fundamentals will be required.
