The EMEA Performance Marketing Manager will be part of the EMEA Marketing organization, managing Paid Social across all Twilio products, owning the strategy and delivery of paid campaigns. This role requires hands-on management of the platforms, writing ads, reviewing landing pages, and optimizing activity. A deep understanding of the platforms, audience building, metrics, and reporting is essential.
