The Finance group within POPA division is seeking an experienced and self-motivated budget analyst to support the fiscal unit in managing the OTPS expense budget and some capital projects, as well as fiscal related tasks. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing weekly OTPS and Encumbrance reports, assisting in completing monthly open encumbrance exercise, auditing and preparing monthly payment request packages, and assisting in projecting and preparing funding for new needs during Financial Plans.
