Act as FP&A Lead in delivery projects, providing oversight and ensuring alignment to customer objectives. Collaborate on sales handovers to ensure a seamless project transition and support project governance. Provide quality assurance across multiple concurrent FP&A implementations and coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
As a key member of the Finance team, you'll deliver impactful financial insights through analysis, reporting, and strategic business partnership. You will support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations, leading budget and forecast processes, and enhancing financial transparency across the organization. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects, develop scalable financial models, and drive continuous process improvements.
This role involves driving performance management, improving financial analysis, overseeing enterprise level budget processes, automating processes, supporting capital raising, developing long term plans for a potential IPO, and attracting and retaining talent.
