The Credits Lead will be responsible for reviewing healthcare claim overpayments with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and resolving financial discrepancies. We are looking for a Credits Lead to help us establish the Commercial and Government Overpayments vertical of Grow Therapy, and who will work on overpayment validation projects with the RCM Team. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team reporting directly to the Insurance Operations Department.

You will be managing and optimizing our key FP&A processes in partnership with our Business teams.
The Head of FP&A will own the planning and analytical backbone of the organization. You’ll be responsible for managing company-wide financial forecasting, modeling, business insights, and reporting. This role will be a key strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads, helping guide decision-making through data, scenario analysis, and deep financial insights.
