Play a key role in driving key elements of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis. This highly visible role will support strategic decision making by leveraging analyses, investment frameworks, strategic insights and a problem solving focused mindset to drive action and growth. Provide integral support for core services and platform teams that support all of Kraken, to enable long term efficient growth at scale.

As Business Finance Lead, you will serve as the right hand to GTM, marketing, and product teams—driving decisions on pricing, market expansion, campaign efficiency, and customer economics. You will blend strategy, analytics, and business partnership to ensure that every growth initiative is both financially sound and execution ready.
