Assist in the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of National Debt Reliefβs Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring that the platform aligns with business and HR requirements by supporting system configuration, user support, data integrity, and reporting. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and drive system efficiencies.
Lead the implementation of payroll solutions for clients in India, ensuring successful onboarding and setup of payroll systems. Conduct client consultations to understand their payroll requirements, configure systems accordingly, and provide training to users. Stay updated on changes in Indian payroll regulations and industry best practices, and incorporate updates into client solutions as needed.
