As an Instructional Designer at Roadie, you will be responsible for developing engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials and resources tailored to the unique needs of our Customer Experience team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training programs and resources that empower our remote workforce to succeed.

In this role, you will apply industry-standard design and development principles to create effective training solutions using prescribed tools for internal and external customers. You will demonstrate mastery of adult learning and technology-based training theories and bring a thorough understanding of the challenges that are unique to training for a customer services organization in a high-tech environment.
