Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems. Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills on all inbound and outbound calls.
Educate customers on their insurance needs by answering challenging questions, dealing with advanced customer cases, and guiding them through PolicyMe's different products. Manage all inbound leads through their policy applications, and ensuring they get the coverage they need (and feel good about the process) via phone, SMS and email! Be involved in discussions across the organization.
Administer indemnity claims and handle complex claim issues using litigation management experience, lien resolution abilities, and customer service skills to resolve routine claims without legal representation. Maintain current diary and proactively identify, prevent, and mitigate potential penalties. Must reside in California.
