The Director, Investor Relations serves as a key liaison between the company, its investors, and the broader financial community. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s investor relations strategy, ensuring consistent, transparent, and compelling communication of the company’s financial performance, strategy, and market positioning. This individual will lead investor engagement initiatives, manage earnings communications.

The Principal, Investment Management is a senior member of Crux’s Investments team, reporting directly to the Head of Investments. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong transaction leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex renewable energy financings. The Principal will take ownership of live transactions and will be leading document negotiations and engaging directly with both developer/sponsor clients and investor partners.
