Join the Customer Success, Architecture and Systems team as a Staff Business Systems Analyst. You will be responsible for organizing and managing all phases of assigned projects, developing detailed project plans, serving as a business liaison to IT, and providing effective communications to varying levels of business.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify areas where technology can optimize processes. Evaluate and recommend solutions, develop detailed specifications and project plans, implement and test systems and features, and provide training and support to end-users. Ensure systems are properly documented and maintained, requiring strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
