The Platform Associate is responsible for supporting the athenahealth Electronic Health Record (athenaClinicals) and Practice Management (athenaCollector) applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians. The Platform Associate works closely with the CIT IKS team, EHR Specialists, end-users, and the Privia team to understand functional business requirements, resolve EHR issues, and configure, customize & maintain athena content to support these needs.
