As a full-time Technical Support Engineer (TSE), you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues for Transacts client base by interfacing with clients via phone or online. You will conduct analysis, gather information, troubleshoot and resolve or recommend resolutions to moderately complex customer problems. You will troubleshoot with tools and techniques, including network analysis through Wireshark, Microsoft Windows Server analysis, Oracle database analysis, and Microsoft Internet Information Systems analysis.
