As the first point of contact for cloud related customer matters, you will work in squads supporting 2nd and 3rd line support, managing ticket lifecycle within the ecosystem, including categorization, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

At the heart of LGI's installations and technological and application deployments at customer sites, you will be an essential person in the execution of installation, upgrade, enhancement, relocation, and migration work on various customer systems.
