As a Tier 1 Support Engineer at ShipHero, you will work with a range of responsibilities including partnering with users to troubleshoot, identify bugs, and provide workarounds; providing Engineers with details on bugs identified for the resolution of complex issues; documenting and managing Ticketing System based communication with customers; and writing and developing internal resources.
