In this role, you will manage purchase orders, oversee shipments and backorders, and ensure alignment with company goals for in-stock rates, inventory turns, and overall product availability. You’ll play a key role in allocating products to fulfillment centers, analyzing sales and inventory data, and executing strategies to optimize sell-through, turnover, and profitability. This position requires strong collaboration with domestic and international vendors—particularly China-based brands—so fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for daily receiving and reconciliation of inbound purchase orders to Hungryroot’s warehouses. Ancillary duties include solving invoicing and receiving issues that arise due to vendor shipping and clerical errors, and administering general inventory management practices for the warehouses.
You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are optimally positioned to meet rider demand, maximizing vehicle availability and minimizing rider wait times. As a Street Ops Program Manager, you will be the expert in the intersection of data, product and processes improvement, developing and implementing best in-class solutions, ensuring operational excellence, supporting our core business growth, creating and sharing best practices in synergy with Local Operations and our Tech Teams.
