Co-design and coordinate sustainable tracking and research infrastructures that support SJN, the Solutions Insights Lab, and their network partners to tell a story of impact. Gather data on activities produced by SJN or the Solutions Insights Lab’s clients, and assess their outcomes and impact. Contribute to the analysis of this data and synthesize insights using established social science research methods.

This role blends technical expertise with digital marketing fundamentals to optimize our data pipeline, lead flow, and technology infrastructure. Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Segment CDP, MixPanel, Salesforce, and lead scoring tools. Maintain and enhance high-traffic WordPress properties and hosting environments. Fine-tune data pipelines and lead flows to improve marketing effectiveness.
