The Director of Marketing Analytics will lead Spring Health's marketing analytics function, overseeing a team of Analysts and setting the vision for data strategy across the marketing organization. This leader will drive our planning and forecasting cycles, own marketing performance measurement, and serve as a key thought partner to cross-functional leaders. They’ll be responsible for building scalable systems.
