A Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS) uses their direct or indirect experience of recovery from mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or significant trauma, combined with skills learned in formal training, to deliver peer-based recovery support services with a focus on improving overall health and well-being, and quality of life for Boulder Care patients.
This leader will be accountable for clinical research & outcomes, driving continuous advancement of clinical performance, and amplifying Equip’s reputation as a scientific and clinical leader in the behavioral health space. The Vice President will develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for research, academic collaborations, and clinical outcomes that uphold and expand on Equip’s dedication to clinical excellence.
