Manage a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCM) to oversee both supervisory and patient care delivery functions with a patient population experiencing severe mental illness (SMI). Will provide virtual care, facilitate assessment, care management, and ongoing support. Also perform supervisory responsibilities inclusive of quality assurance, managing patient care escalations, and onboarding new staff.

You will work closely with associate therapists and registered interns, ensuring that all clinical documentation meets regulatory compliance, organizational policies, and upholds the highest standards of clinical quality. This also entails working closely with internal stakeholders and clinical providers, addressing any documentation concerns. The team works 100% remotely.
