The Associate Operational Excellence Director will plan and manage initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of study delivery. They will develop and implement processes and operational plans to drive operational excellence across the business, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and identifying relevant KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making.
