Own the design and optimization of the physical store experience, including the overall design, operating model, and in-store processes, as well as leading assortment optimization, product flow, adjacencies, and fixture selection. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in store design and layout planning, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
