The Senior Manager of Community Leadership & Transformation plays a pivotal role in shaping the evolution and growth of Reddit’s community ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and furthering online community leadership excellence on Reddit: working with Reddit community managers and volunteers to develop mods as community leaders, empowering mods to lead exceptional communities, and collaborating with mods and communities to drive leadership transformation.
